True. New hardware keeps coming out all the time, so there is not really anything as a "right" time to upgrade. Upgrade when you feel that your configuration is no longer adequate to meet your computing needs whether it be gaming, graphics, general, or whatever purpose you use the PC for. :)

Get the E6750. And yes, 9xxx series nVidia cards will work on any PCI-Express motherboard. Although, I'd suggest you get a better PSU if you're going in for the higher end 9xxx series cards.

Well, you can go for XFX 650i Ultra, good board. As for the monitor, go in for Samsung 940NW 19" LCD or a Viewsonic. You can get em' around 10.5k, so yeah. :)
