hey guys im on the 2 mbps connection.. the download speed is fabtastic.. around 256+ - but the upload speed sucks bad.. i get around 1-2 kbps only i cant attach stuff to mails man .. this is so sucky!! was wonderin, anyone here havin the same prob??? THe customer service sux.. systems never...

i have been having horrible upload speeds on my 2 mbps been complaining for 5 days now .. some time or the other their systems are not working!!! whts the heck..the customer service is pathetic!!!!!!

Sound quality sucks on this 1..i recommend sandisk,creative,apple,sony....samsung not too bad...but value for money go for the 4gb (new)nano(video) retails in the grey for 6k!
