Hi Guys! I am missing the treble (or high range whatever it is) a lot on my MX5021. I am using them with onboard sound which is Realtek ALC882 HD 8 Channel. What is the problem? Please give some suggestion.

then for what those cards are? are those for gaming/surround? then in what aspect M Audio is good? surround or music?

I mean how fair it is against music quality if I will use it with MX5021. Is it OK? or a expensive one like M Audio or Audigy 2zs is required?

How is the Audigy 2 value? Its for just 2k.

I am using WMP 10. Though I have winamp Pro 5.23, Real Player 10G Premium, i-tunes 6.2, Mediamonkey 2.5.295 Gold etc etc. I have almost all media player with their premium versions except foobar. But I thought WMP 10 is still best for music. But thanks for ur suggestions.
