Well My budget ir approx 35-40,000/= which i think i can extend upto 50,000/= looking at benefits which i might be getting in long term.. like lesser need for upgrades etc.... my main concern is no upgrade for processor in next 2-3 yrs!!! Also i am not going to use my PC for multitasking ever...
