20k is already an overkill for me. I believe a5 will be better as it's built quality is more premium than s5. And that is the major criteria. Also, don't I have any options in less budget ??

Same was the case with me. I used Moto Atrix HD and was really satisfied with it. Great built quality, good battery life and perfect telephony. Had to upgrade because I needed better camera and higher specs. Strangely (for me too), my moto used to take better pics earlier.

In case of used bikes, avoid anything from bajaj and TVS. Stick with honda engine only. Karizma, Unicorn, cbz extreme can be considered. (karizma being your best bet)
