    Im using the Xeon 1230v5 with 16gb of ecc ram and the SM x11ssm-f-o. I use a fair amount of transcoding on plex and will also be using docker/ virtualization on FN10 when its available.

    What OS will you be running? FreeNAS, if so, then i dont recommend that setup. Hell i just spedn about 47k on the cpu, ram and SM board for my FreeNAS setup. And its smooth as butter. However, if you are not going the FreeNAS way, then you should be okay with the j1900

    You should RMA as soon as possible, its dying slowly, given the information you have provided. WD RMA's the drive it has pending sectors. im sure Toshiba will also have a similar policy in place.

    @logistopath the sim comes with the device, but im sure you can refuse to accept it. If not, and they make u take it, im sure you will find many takers for the sim :) How is the new jiofi device compared to the jiofi 2 device. Worth the upgrade? My dealer in Mumbai says it will be available...

    My Jio connection has been very spotty over the last few days. Speed test works like a charm, but real world speeds are slowwwww. Any idea what the issue could be?

    I got my airtel unlocked mifi device today. Works like a charm. Awesome speeds (even as compared to my iphone in tethering mode). Ill post some pics over the weekend :)
