Assuming the file system is same, one of your PD has very slow write speed. To confirm use a tool called Diskbench, copy a movie file to one PD, at the end it will show you the time and average write speed of the drive. Repeat with the other PD.

I just have a noob question, If B1 is supported then why does Asus RT-N13U - DD-WRT Wiki say that The original hardware version (not B1, see Notes below) is now supported and quite stable. Current firmware images will NOT work on hardware version B1!
