    1. login to http://192.168.1.1 2. enter username & password, default is admin unless you changed it 3. Goto Status. 4. Click on Modem Status. SNR values should be greater than 10 atleast, anything above 20 should give a stable connection attenuation should be less than 30 Hope it helps ;)

    post your SNR & attenuation for upstream & downstream. Further, switching modulation to G.dmt might help, as G.dmt is much more robust & works better on noisy lines than ADSL2+ which is the default modulation.
