Bad battery. You need to get a new one. DO NOT get the OEM battery. Lots of dealers sell Focuses with OEM batteries that last a few months. All 5 Focus phones I bought have genuine batteries. I specifically checked before I bought them. IMHO I think Focus and S2 batteries are different. Not sure
