    21-30k CPU/Mobo/RAM/HDD/PSU/Cabinet for Gaming

You should get a good thermal paste and apply it after cleaning the current paste. About the fan speed, did you check the BIOS/UEFI?

    21-30k CPU/Mobo/RAM/HDD/PSU/Cabinet for Gaming

NO. 5k RPM is too fast. Which thermal paste did youy use? Also, there must be a setting in BIOS regarding CPU fan's speed profile.

41-50k Seeking advice on a new PC build

You asked for a gaming rig. a sub 10k graphic card will not be good. In Intel you can only get i3 at this price which is slower than FX 6300. i5 will cost ~12k. This is the very best you can get. What is the problem in this rig?

    Storage Solutions 4-5k ssd

Okay, I;ve finally read the tom's hardware article. Though SATA6 does make a difference, the difference is very likely to me low enough not to unjustify the purchase of SSD. I will still recommend saving just a small amount of extra cash and getting a 120 GB SSD instead.

    > Dell IN2030 is good but is not available now. Samsung S20A300N is good. > haswell is code name for Intel's 4th gen processors and Ivy Bridge is for 3rd gen processors.

    Storage Solutions 4-5k ssd

This is so good. Finally some discussions :) For some reasons I'm unable to open the tom's hardware link but will definitaly give it a read later. If SATA2 is as good, then get one. Skipping Kingston, a Corsair Neutron 64 GB SSD costs ~5700 at flipkart and a Samsung 840 120 GB SSD costs just 900...

    Storage Solutions 4-5k ssd

SATA2 ports will bottleneck the SSD. You need SATA3 to utilize the full speeds of an SSD. I suggest you save you money.
