Using Jio since 8 months and have faced 2 downtimes only. But yes I agree there was some time in between where there were some random lags like Reddit would load very slow, insta msgs won't go, whatsapp won't download images, etc. That's all I've faced.

Are you willing to settle for a TN or VA panel? Because for 13K you'll only be able to get those panels. IPS panels to what I've seen always go for 15K + & are worth spending 2-3K more as they have way better color reproduction & viewing angles.
