The only lumia which will give you decent battery life is the 720 and its quite a bit to extend the budget by! You can go in for a Lumia 520, fits well in your budget but battery life is less! 720 has a 200mAh vs the 1430mAh on the Lumia 520!

HP touchpad. The tab is currently on CM10 and it is very very smooth and i can do all the things i want! However 740g on one hand is strenuous when i read for say an hour or so! The galaxy tab 3 8.0 is less than half the touchpad's weight!
