There's no trick there. If you read the first post of this thread (and many others in this thread) you would find out that Excitel allows augmented speeds on YouTube / HotStar / TorBox.net and a few other places. Therefore, lets say normally I pay for a 5 Mbps connection, I would get 5 Mbps...
