The stock cooler is sufficient. But it is noisy, mounting is a bit tricky and gets quite hot in summers. If you want lower noise, a cheap 120mm tower cooler will do wonders (like Deepcool Gammaxx line/Deepcool AG400).

Note that this model comes with a BGR subpixel layout instead of the regular RGB. This means that text will be a bit blurry with fringing in most apps even with Windows ClearText enabled. Also panel quality control is a bit bad on this monitor. I managed to get a piece with good panel...

All these are pretty good and come in 3 packs - Arctic P12 argb, Deepcool CF120, Deepcool FC120, Cooler Master Sickleflow argb. I've personally used P12 argb and CF120s, they're quiet and vfm.

Yep, a simple 120mm air cooler will suffice. 2 good options are DeepCool AG400 BK ARGB or Deepcool Gammaxx GT ARGB.

Arctic P12 5 pack for 2425, Deepcool RF120 FS 3 pack for 1397. The Arctic especially is a very good deal in my opinion.

Black will bring out the colours more in my opinion. But white should be fine, looks are subjective.

Which processor? A lower/mid range CPU like R5 3600/5600 will be fine with a budget 120mm air cooler which costs around 1.7-2.5k (DeepCool AG400 BK ARGB or Deepcool Gammaxx GT ARGB).

Depends on which GPU. A 3060/3060ti will run fine on a good quality 500-600w psu. Would suggest 750w for a 3080 and above. Right now for the 40 series (4090 specifically) a 750w is like a bare minimum but is cutting it really close with higher end CPU.
