CUDA is far superior than ROCm. This is true but you will still be CPU bounded if you’re not going with x3d chips. 4070 is more than enough for CS2 which I think 5060ti 16GB would match.

How are you going to do ML on AMD bro? For CS2 you need a powerful CPU, it’s not heavy on GPU. For ML you need as much VRAM as possible. If you can wait, go for 5060ti 16GB.

Bro it’s definitely not the cooler. I am running 5700x with an air cooler, overclocked to max stable settings and still doesn’t cross 80 on full load. Pretty sure AIO is not gonna help you. Maybe it’s something else. Try with single core test, I am suspect one of the cores have gone defective...

Yeah it truly is a powerhouse at a cheap price. And mind you, the display, battery and OS are pretty great. Only camera is something where it performs like a true mid range phone (which it actually is)

You can consider Poco f6 if you are okay with a basic camera. Goes for around 21k for 8/256 on Flipkart and had SD 8s Gen3 Display and battery life is amazing. OS is pretty good too. Only lacking area is camera. Not a great camera, but you are paying only 21k for a powerhouse.
