71-90K Which GPU to BUY

RTX 5070 / RX 7900 XT/ RX 9070.......

which GPU should i go with?

As machine learning, CS2 and other single player games are my main focus..
5070 is good for both but 7900xt has 8 more gigs of ram and does not provide a noticeable difference in CS2 even though AMD might be slow in cs2, it still pushes beyond 240hz.

what's your opinion, I am more inclined towards 7900xt as of now.

My CPU : 9800x3d

just get the 7900XTX (24GB) for either 92k or 9070XT(16GB) for 71k to 85K depending on models.

Honestly, sounds like you’ve already thought it through pretty well. For your use case — ML, CS2, and single-player games — both GPUs have their pros.
The 5070 is great for ML if you’re using CUDA-heavy stuff like TensorFlow or PyTorch, and it’s solid for gaming too. But yeah, that extra 8GB of VRAM on the 7900 XT is a big plus, especially for heavier ML models, texture-heavy games, or anything future-proofing.
And if the 7900 XT is already pushing 240Hz+ in CS2 despite AMD’s usual lag in that game, I’d say the difference is basically a non-issue. Pairing it with the 9800X3D makes for a killer combo — no real bottleneck worries either.
If you’re not locked into NVIDIA for CUDA-specific needs, the 7900 XT feels like the better all-rounder, especially with that VRAM. I’d probably go the same route in your shoes.

Also crazy setup! Would you mind sharing other specs of your system?

How are you going to do ML on AMD bro? For CS2 you need a powerful CPU, it’s not heavy on GPU. For ML you need as much VRAM as possible. If you can wait, go for 5060ti 16GB.
AMD has Rcom similar to NVIDIA's CUDA.
and CS2 is more GPU intensive now than how CS GO was CPU intensive.
4070Ti Super 16GB at 75k.

Or buy used 4090 at 80-90k(best option).
Recently my friend bought from olx at 80k.
While searching in olx, be aware of scammers.
4070 ti super, I saw 1 for 89k on abgb, but i want to but local @HYD, where it sold out almost every where
4090 used for 90k it self sounds like a scam. I would nt belive it.

CUDA is far superior than ROCm.

This is true but you will still be CPU bounded if you’re not going with x3d chips.
4070 is more than enough for CS2 which I think 5060ti 16GB would match.
I am the OP and i have 9800X3d.
given 50 series and 40 series gpus have no improvement in raw rasterization, only improvement was in frame generation. i dont think 4060ti to 5060ti will be a huge improvement.

HAHA you changed "he" to "you"..

Yes I realized it later hence changed.

If you’re going with 9800x3d then pair it with 5070ti, it would be a good build overall. You should get it below 90k soon.
