can we convert a 2.1 to 4.1.suggestions needed.

If your desktop/laptop has multiple hp/3.5mm output jacks( 3 usually) and you can find the 5.1 surround sound setting in your sound cards GUI, you are good to go! There might also be a quadrophonic surround(4 channels) option. You can use the 2 nd hp jack to feed your older pair of speakers...

    Upgrade from Clip+

Personally, the battery life is the only reason I would look at a player other than the Clip Plus. But again, I am not too critical about the SQ and the Clip Plus is adequate for the iems/hps I have.

    Upgrade from Clip+

touzeen, I am not really sure you can get a small sized player with better sq than Sansa clip plus even at 6-7k. Why do you feel the need to upgrade the clip plus?

    Suggest me a DSLR

The 600D coupled with an 18-200 IS or the D5100 with the Nikkor 18-200VR would do the job, no? The combos should cost around 70k for both the dslr kit and 18-200.

    amp+iem for 10k budget

Manu George, Good choice, I haven't too many top tier phones, but TF10 is something I really love. Its forte is imaging! And there's good depth to the soundstage. More than everything, the damn thing really gets you enjoying the music!

    The Android tablet thread

PB is still in budget as I can get someone to pick it up from a brick and mortar outlet in Canada/US though online it may be out of stock. Kindle Fire is an alternative, but how good is it? I came across a few negative reviews. Not that the BB PB is perfect, app support(esp free apps) is quite...

Guys, Need some advice. I want to get a Tablet for my dad. Budget 10k. Main use would Be Reading a Lot of e Books, browsing the Internet, over wifi and if possible 3g too. There would be occasional video playback too. If it could read off USB devices(USB otg ) that would be great too. I am...

    Suggest me earphones or headphones

avi, There's no given rule that hp at a budget will sound better than an iem at the same budget. Headphones do offer a widersoundstage, especially if you are going for open back headphones. The sound will not seem like it is inside your head, rather it will seem like around your head. I hope I...

    Earphone Suggestion Requires (In-ear)

I have used pr401 for quite some time. Mid range is focused enough! But the sound sig is not mid centric by any way! The mids on the m2 are more forward and lush compared to pr401, where the mids are clear with better imaging but slightly recessed and thinner sounding.

    Earphone Suggestion Requires (In-ear)

Indyan, do take a look at ecci pr401. The bass is good and tight enough. Its got slightly recessed mids and good highs. The best part is the imaging, which is very good. Though it looks quite plain, it is well built and extremely comfy to use. The flat cable is a little prone to microphonics though.
