No comparison b/w the 2. Demonoid is more like a public tracker. While IPT is a very good, underrated private tracker... Some good things about IPT - Lots of freeleech. Almost all big packs are freeleech. - Easy to Seed. - Huge torrents list.

Maintaining ratio on Airtel connections is not a problem as Up/Down speeds are same. I don't know how much upload speed we get on BSNL. I was thinking of taking BSNL Home-256 which offers speeds upto 2Mbps and night downloads free but don't know what would be upload speed, Can anyone comment..

Actually, VPS is much preferred these days. All server resources are sliced to 5-6 users, this includes cpu, memory and harddisk. The advantage with VPS is that everybody is getting their dedicated resources and say if there is a problem with client of one person and client hogs all memory...

Use a better fan for ur PSU, 40 CFM would be less...

Since your CD has scratches, Most likely you are gonna miss some files... Not good for OS CD. Try to copy contents of CD to a folder on HD and see if everything copies fine, If you get error while copying, than you hv a problem...
