^Yes. If you enabled AHCI on the sata port via bios, then you will have the option to "safely remove" your hdd (just like a thumb drive). You can try removing without AHCI enabled as well, but unless you don't value your hdd, don't push your luck. Torrents can be resumed, you know.

^When you say "perfect stable", how stable? Can you post some prime/occt/linpack stress test at that speed? Or maybe some benchmarks? I myself am content with benchmark-level OC stability.
