^When you say "perfect stable", how stable? Can you post some prime/occt/linpack stress test at that speed? Or maybe some benchmarks?

I myself am content with benchmark-level OC stability.

I'm going to do all bench once my triple channel comes in ...........

One by one

Wow. Good work guys. All of you. :)

But your temperatures are definitely a source of worry I believe. Although I never overclock but my idle temperatures in a hot place like Delhi/Ghaziabad, is never more than 33C and load temperature has not gone above 58C, that too on the stock cooler. i7 definitely have a higher temperature range but not that high. Just my 2 cents.

WOW great work! Makes me wanna get an i7 too but first its costly and second I only need the overclock for 2 hrs a day for gaming only.

Is there a "quick switch/preset" to save overclock profiles in mobos so that you can go to stock and back to overclock (with your own setting)?I know some mobos have inbuilt factory overclock profiles but I'm talking about saving your own presets. Can anyone enlighten me pls!

^on my eVGA mobo you can save upto 15 OC profiles...Theres also 2 clear cmos buttons on the mobo if the OC fails....

Going for More !!!

^cool...But at 1.312v i doubt that was barely stable enough to take a screen shot...For the 920, 1.35+ vcore is required to get stable at 4....Mine took 1.345v

Mine at @1.300v it reaches 4ghz and QPI voltage @1.34v its stable there
but a bit more BCLK it just dont boot
At 205 it just dont boot up until i increased vcore to 1.35+
i just took the screen shot to
(IM WORKING ON THAT)
It is not showing the real voltage b'cos power saving feature is on
(Gigabyte Energy Saver Advanced)

Its odd that it wont boot past 205bclk...at 1.34v it boots for me just fine at 205bclk but when i press the screenshot button, it freezes :(
