I just looked at the system image, and I would mount the radiator on top or back instead of front. If topside is covered then I am not sure how u can get hot air outside from system. Also the Q300L has some issues which I am not able to recall now, I have removed it my shortlist for my upgrade.

how about Core i5-10600? compared to 5600x? it cheaper and looks to be between 3600X and 5600X. But not many motherboard options.
