Budget 51-70k Advice for 4K PC

Looks like you really wanna go for A series board. :D
Diving deep and finding details of the vrm components used and their quality is not for us or at least for me. We sure can't find them in spec sheet. There are links I have bookmarked, if you're interested I will dig into the archives and get them for you. Better take reviewers word for it.
That Asus board costs a lot for an A series board. For that price you can get a decent B450. Guess you wanna go with Asus, B450M Pro Gaming is a decent one.

Asus TUF Gaming A520M-Plus costs around 8k,
other than that I think I would go with Asrock B550M Pro4 or Gigabyte b550 Gaming X.
I did have problem with VRMs when I was using custom air cooler earlier. then I switched to AIO this issue went off. but again depends on board and other factors. so as you suggested I will only go with stable MB with VRM heatsink, but don't want to spend too much premium.

Hardware unboxed did cover about two dozen B550 models, if you're interested check those videos. Good amount of those are about VRM performance.

Thanks , I checked one of the videos.
when I was checking out 5600XT only Gigabyte and Asus has cards around 27k. but there are many comments indicating stability for 5600XT.
Is it better to go with or just stick with 1660ti? 2060 is almost around 2k more.
btw is there any vfm chart I can refer to decide?, currently I am only referring to performance chart from toms to decide.

For 27k 5600XT looks like a good deal.
For 1080p gaming, 1660S or Ti is good enough. 2k isn't much, yeah 2060 is also good
I don't think there is VFM chart, even if there is one it's practically not possible to constantly update the list as the price is fluctuating a lot. So you have to decide which is a value option for you.

Does Asrock B450 Pro4 support 3600 RAM? spec only mentions about 3200, but QVL mentions few 3600 entries.

btw I almost finalized this spec.
Case: Montech AIR X ARGB White
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
PSU: ASUS ROG Strix 650 or 550W (or corsair) depending remaining $)
GFX: ASUS TUF GeForce RTX 2060 or Gigabyte Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 windforce
RAM: Corsair Desktop Ram Vengeance RGB Pro Series 16GB DDR4 3600MHz x 2
Cooler: Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML120L V2 RGB

rest of components need to finalize

B450 OCable board. Yeah, you can get it to 3600mhz. Enable XMP and try, if it's not stable try either lower frequency (xmp profile) or set loose timings for 3600mhz.

All Gigabyte low end boards have same VRMs, there is a new board GIGABYTE B550M AORUS PRO-P has better VRMs. what is your opinion on this?
cost is similar to steel legend @ amazon. and 550M Pro4 is out of stock in prime and my local vendor does not want to give asrock.
CPU going to be Ryzen 7 3700X, u were also suggesting to with good B450 boards. do u have any recommendation with GB Asus?

sorry I need one more confirmation,
I may go either with 3060ti or RX6800 with CPU 5600X.
but PSU corsair 650 gold I may not get. so is it ok to go with 750Bronze or 650bronze is also fine?

Yes, 650w is good enough for 3060Ti/RX6800. If you're gonna OC, go for higher watts PSU.
That bronze, Gold depends on your budget. If you can spend more, go for Gold, else bronze is fine.

Aren't both the same wrt to latency speed? (3200 c16 and 3600 c18).
For an average user, I wouldn't be so keen on latency when the prices are about the same. Would give priority to frequency over latency.
To calculate the true latency of your RAM in nanoseconds, use the following formula:
(CAS latency/RAM clock speed) x 2000 = latency in nanoseconds

yes 3200 c16 and 3600 c18 same speed. no stock for 3600 around similar price of 3200 in local except VENGEANCE LPX 3600
So is it better to wait for some more time? I feel that RAM stocks are getting over now (may be for holiday rush).

Thanks for sharing.
G.Skill SniperX 16GB 8GBx2 3600Mhz is c19, AFIK it may be similar or slower than 3200 c16.
btw Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB (16GBx2) DDR4 3600MHz available locally for 12.7
