I have the iPod nano 4GB. It's got a UI to die for, and it plays music well enough. As for video, I use Videora Ipod Converter to convert whatever format I have to an iPod compatible 320x240 form. I've even watched whole movies on it... turned out to be much better than I thought it could be...
