Maybe its a faulty SATA power connector? Or your powersupply isnt providing enough supply to your SATA HDD. Most likely its a faulty SATA power connector. Try replacing it with a seperate SATA power connector. If you are using a normal Molex to SATA power converter, try changing it.

Well, do you have a fan mounted on your cabinet side panel? If it isnt tightly fit, there is a possibility of squeaking sound. Same goes for fans attached to the back panel or the front panel as well. Apart from this, are there any vibrations when you touch the cabinet when the PC is turned on...
