Afaik, almost all companies sell you international warranty, but if you are purchasing from US , Uk or any first world country the default warranty that they give you is regional, but if you purchase it from any second or third world country the warranty the default warranty is international...

And why is that brother? I work for dell and I know we provide next business day or even second business day coverage to even the remotest area of India, You need only the nbd and NOT the CC warranty for that.... Know the product before you start making false allegations.....

So are you gonna buy the laptop in US and then bring it to India or are you in India right now and are gonna order it from the states?

Resellers hardly charge you or 500 bucks less with the Dos versions. Its always better if you go for a windowns 7 version as it helps you to create the recovery disk. Anyways , incase you want to make a purchase , I can give you good discounts on the same.

Well anuragjiwrajka , dont mean to offend you but the 42k price which you have quoted is just 500 bucks lesser than the retail amout... I can give you 8% discount on the retail amount depending if you buy 3 years CC and 3% disc if you dont buy 3 years CC.

@Praks The pic in your last post is the NEW Inspiron 14R series whose model no is 1464 and those other pics which you had linked were of the old 1420 and 1440 series. Hope this clears any doubt.
