This guy named Nagesh, is really helpful and clear about all communications. Right now my RMAed card is in transit and I expect to get it in another week or so.

Hi Faraz, Did you contact Bangalore center? Did they RMA the card? I am in exact same situation with the Sapphire 280x Dual-X which I bought from TE market. The fan started rattling and artefacts popped up in a few days from purchase. I have given the card for RMA to Aditya Infotech Bangalore...

I don't think there is any compatibility issue. I use a Gigabyte B85 DS3H (same as D3H except for the SPDIF output) with i5 4440 ( basically the same but 4460 has a little higher clock speed). And there is absolutely no compatibility issue. Can you give me the source of your compatibility issue...
