Which option seems best to travel around ?? > Ola > Ubder > Kaali Peeli taxi > Tuk-Tuk Auto also. is it safe to ride around bike in these area, as am planning to buy a street-bike to go distant area 4-5km, but seeing the traffic i think it will be little risky

I am looking for wireless broadband in CBD belapur, navi-mumbai sector 11 area. currently i am using photon +, its coverage is good but they dont come with high usage plans. *It should be wireless broadband not a wired one, since i am staying at staff college :) Any help will be appreciated
