I got a solution finally by trial and error. On RT Audio Manager analog settings, I have checked "Disable front panel jack detection". (Had no setting for AC97 on BIOS) Now both jacks at front and back work together.:hap2:

I am facing the same problem(the front panel audio jacks don't work at all). I don't have any such setting on BIOS.(audio to AC97) I have a MSI make motherboard K9N6PGM2-V. Can anyone please suggest. Its a Realtek Hd Audio driver and on its Audio manager settings, the check boxes look ok. Thnx...
