No LED Flash is definitely a downer if you are going to shoot photos in pitch black condition. There is no solution for it (at least you need to eat happydent white and smile). But for low light, Flash is utter waste when compared to the night mode. Check this out Flickr: emmarbee's Photostream...

^ - i'm unable to check the RAM capacity. But from what I've seen in the running services tab, it looks like 256mb. Cause there was around 30mb free RAM. But some unwanted services (like netquin) were running in the background... BTW, there were many preloaded applications in a70. opera mini...

Re: Confused between defy and mi410 Go for Defy as Spice Mi-410 is said to have some hardware problems (even there are talks of minor defects in Motorola Triumph [american version of spice mi-410]). If not for the hardware problems of spice mi-410, I'd definitely suggest mi-410 for your purpose...
