You can fully disable or uninstall system apps via adb. Its pretty easy to do and I've done it on my realme phone to the point where its almost stock android now.

I RMA'd a fan and they didn't ask me to ship it back or anything. The replacement was sent directly to my address from overseas.

For Arctic, you directly contact their customer support with the supporting evidences and they'll send you a replacement. I've had good experiences with them.
