No, it's the other way around. The value of capacitor (farads) has to be identical, never fiddle with that! The voltage could be different, but it has to be always greater than or equal to the original. If you want the capacitors to withstand longer, its better to purchase larger voltage ones...

Yes you are right about the black ones. "A" is just some sort of representation. Top one is some model/part number. Middle one is the value in micro farads. Bottom one is the voltage. Same is true about the blue ones.
