Who says?? I have been burning my XP SP2 CD image using Nero,IMGBurn to DVD-R, DVD+RW and all of them boot fine without any additional hiccups. Must be your CD image which is faulty.

A Zotac ION would also be a good choice for a compact HTPC. With different versions coming wit/without the 90W PSU and with/without the WiFi, those boards would surely make a good HTPC once th eprice comes down a bit..:bleh: and also teh mini-ITX cabinets become more of a common place..

I am using MySQL as the database. I have a table in which the ID Field is the primary key with an auto increment option. Now whenever a new row is inserted the ID field populates the next number aka MAX+1. My question is, how do I make the insert statement return me back the ID field value...

Why won't it work?? After all a SMPS is nothing but a DC power supply. So its quite feasible that you can get a board without the power supply and then use the power supply included with the cabinet.
