I found something. What I found is that if the inverter provides pure sine wave output, there is no problem. But, if it provides pseudo sine output, you may still be able to run your pc but the PSU's efficiency and power capacity will reduce for the period. PSU: Antec VP550P for 3600.

There's not really much in motherboard other than CPU socket that makes it future proof. There is no confirmation that AMD will release a new CPU with same socket.

Well, anything below a GTX 660 will not be able to run games smoothly at 1080p. Considering the additional 10k added to the budget, you can get HD7790. But as you've mentioned that you have no budget constraint, I suppose you want the cheapest config capable of providing smooth gaming...

HD7770 is the best you can get for 8k. Get Sapphire or Asus model with probably GDDR5 memory.

Do you mean the board is in warranty?

Can you confirm that you are connecting the monitor cable to raphic card's output port and not ot the motherboadrs' output port?

Just fix a 800mm fan on the graphic card's heat sink and you'll be good as new.
