Any users of Sansa Clip Plus and PL30/21 here? I found that the earphones which came with Sansa are far better in SQ than the one supplied with Ipod nano and Cowon D2 players. But how about comparing them with PL21/30? Any comments? Thanks

You could also try some of Philips Headphone/earphone models, they would suit your requirements. Philips HP: SHP2700, 8500 and 8900. Ear: SHE9800. They are in the range of Rs.1600-2600 and are easily available in India.

The bass on SHP5400 and 2700 and other models is not boomy at all. Very tight and clean which is very rare to find in many hi-end HPs including Senns... What is the price of 805 nowadays? best

Have you people tried Philips new model: 5400? Great sounding with a price which put many hi-end audiophile companies to shame. Try this model and Senns sound so poor in comparision (directly to sound card as well as via amp). warmly K

One particular feature missing in 5400 and 2700 is the lack of detachable cable. I am not very sure how much difference in sound quality a cable could make, but 8900 gives an opportunity to experiment with. Though I am not willing to spend much money in replacement cables but won't mind...
