Finally got my mobile

well i've been in contact with them for the entire week, they dont give proper response just tell me to call the next day.... finally yesterday they tell me they are shipping another phone but i have not received any tracking details and their phone is switched off today.... today is the last...

Well according to bludart the package was damaged and they could see nothing is inside (same reason for both parcels), spoke to the seller today (his cell was switched off til 12 noon n someone else from the office answered) explained everything all over again, then finally he asked for 2 days...

the package was not sent to my house, bluedart office directly told me that contents are missing so no point in sending to your place..... i spoke to the seller, he told me to send a message about this through ebay, which i have done but after that no response from his side, later i called in...

guys need some advice, i bought a htc one v from this link http://www.ebay.in/i...=item2c64830c92 & the cover for the same from fommy.co.in, both were shipped on friday through bludart and were to be delivedred today... in the morning when i called up bluedart office i got reply from them saying...
