what abt GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS3R LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX or GIGABYTE GA-G33M-DS2R LGA 775 Intel G33 Micro ATX both of them are around $135. Also wont e6320 and e6550 be a better and cheap option cause anyways all of them will reach arnd 3 ghz easily.
