8500GT = 6600GT in most benches. Lol. The 7600GS/GT are much better than the 8500GT surely. If your looking for performance and dont care about the DX10 factor, then go with the 7600GS, if you care about having DX10, then Id suggest you up your budget a bit, and get a 8600GT.

Youll need a decent graphics card, for even Casual Gaming. Get a 8500GT or a 8400GT when it launches. Something is better than nothing.
