If his budget allows him to purchase HD 5670 it would be a very good idea. Getting HD 4000 series card would a very stupid decision. HD 5000 series runs far cooler than HD 4000 series and have more features and is very efficient, especially Direct X 11, and not to forget power requirements...

Did you mean 2220HD? He's talking about 20"-22" Monitor. Apart from Samsung B2230 I would also suggest G2220HD, it's a great Monitor too! :)

Hmm, that means getting DVI-D is worth it. I'm not complaining about ghosting. This monitor has very minimal ghosting, it just a general query. However, was just curious if it would help to eliminate that 10% of ghosting or not :)

Would equipping a DVI-D Cable on Monitor and GPU decrease ghosting too?
