I got PSN+ last week and have downloaded all the games using PS3 proxy and IDM. :D PS3's download manager is not good and it doesn't uses full bandwidth always. Sometimes my downloads were corrupted and shown as completed but file was 4KB only when I was not using PS3 proxy server.

I tried on US PSN which showed me option for American Express Cards. But it failed due to AVS. PayPal won't work also due to this on ebay.com. :| It looks like the only hope is to somehow get a address attached to the card.

Most of the good brands at local malls said no for American Express Cards. (Without even mentioning Gift Card) ShoppersStop said yes, but I didn't try there.

What's AVS, please elaborate. It's a gift card. It was perhaps purchased before the winners were announced. It surely doesn't have any names attached to it. Hmm.. Does newegg ships to India? What of customs?? Will that be a issue?
