I don't think Q6600 is available still in the market. U can get Q8200 (it's 2.33 Ghz compared to 2.4 Ghz of the Q6600) And DDR3 mobo is usually not available under 7k. U can only get MSI p45c NEO-FIR at Rs.7000 It's a good VFM and it supports both DDR2 and DDR3. So check it out.......

I don't think a 1.8 Ghz Dual core is better than a 3 Ghz P4....... I ran some hardcore numeric calulations on both and the p4 responded faster..... Remember that dual cores are not that smart, Core 2 duos are smart....

yes, thats called bragging.......... I did'nt say that they make processors out of wood or plastic. They use the same material that intel uses but of lower quality. It helps them to reduce the prices drastically and hence people think that their processors are good value for money.
