Update - Updating drivers did not help. I still have to manually turn off the ethernet adapter and turn it back on every time my ISP trips.

Was thinking I had the latest drivers. Turns out I had the latest ones from the Gigabyte website but Realtek's website did have a newer 10.65 version over my 10.56. I have installed it and report back. I am not using Wifi. Is Mac randomization possible for ethernet as well?
