+1 OC lappy is not a good idea..Better go with increasing the rams to 2gb (or even 4 gb)which will help a lot in increasing the performance.. For the desktop ..Your PSU is very much limited ..So OC may ruin It ..Anyways look for Frequency adjust in the BIOS ..set it to manual and increase like...

hmm 1.chk with any firewall blocking (ur antivirus try quiting it) also try disabling firewall in the 502t. 2.May be Nasty virus/spyware--clean the OS with tools like malwarebytes antimalware. 3.if these doent help try connecting to other system and chk if its fine !!

Clean the Slot also the Gold Pins on the GFX CARD with eraser so that any dust will go off.... If it doent help try cleaning the fan or even apllying new thermal paste.
