What Rakesh is doing is comparatively pretty cheap as a project (not for 24/7 usage IMO) and gives decent performance. You can even go till 0 to -10C with the setup of the right mix of water-cooling and a beefier TEC. Just that, you would need to use the cold side of the TEC to cool the CPU...

yeah, your Idea is pretty practical man, and which has been done many times before, so you wont be going in blind. And even though if a bit inefficient, you will still be getting decent improvement in temp.

It would be a huge waste of Power, CPU temps wont improve much even when you use a much beefier TEC......TEC in itself are pretty inefficient, so cooling water which in turn cools the CPU is basically a waste of money.

Yup, hehehehe, pretty sure it was the uDAC2. Isnt it promoted more as a Desktop Headphone DAC/amp??? Was blown away with the SQ but with its thickness you cant really put it in a pocket, and its input was USB, so is there another stereo input as well on both the DACs???? Sorry I should do my own...

I have used the uDAC2 and that certainly was not portable(and its not mentioned like that anywhere as well), is the uDAC smaller than uDAC2???

Udit, the card is not working. Not giving any display with any of the DVI ports. Will test out again on a different motherboard, but I have 10's of other cards which are working on my primary motherboard.
