Only closing the threads will not solve the problems. The threads should "quarantined". Because members will see the thread and contact him through PM. So, I'd suggest to make the threads visible only the MODs and Lynx not any other member. And his privilege to open new threads should be temporarily withdrawn.

There is No Other forum I Trade In just Techenclave .Regarding Nizar Issue I Had Specifically Told Him That He Is Free To Choose Whatever He Wants And Once i Am In chandigarh i will promptly handle it .I am still at my village as i have a internet connection here as well now .I had a good discussion with him regarding his issue .I tried My best to get his product in order .The issue was that it has a battery system with is very very different from anything i have seen .This is what i found was The following

Teclast T51/Nationite SFLO2 Battery system : This Comprises of two batteries stacked side by side in series making a voltage of 7.4 volts .As all batteries are 3.7 volts i tried my best regrettably To arrange something i could do but i failed .I thus returned the unit back to him upon he asking me to do .

As soon as nizar got his product back .He had a discussion with me regarding his dissapointment and i told him he can select anything he wants and i will replace it when i am back in chandigarh .I would not be back to chandigarh till comming week and hence i just cannot solve his issue at all .As i Cannot Cordinate anything more from here at my village here .Even if Nizar did not post here and had contacted me when i was back to chandigarh i would have solved his issue .I told him exactly as i have narrated here .My stance in Not Cordinating Anything on Te was The Following and i had told saiyan about this also .The Moderator told me he will look into the issue .I have the following stance as to why i am not cordinating this deal on TE .

Regrettably : This deal was not done on Te .Nizar did not post in the link he is referring to and also there was no pm or correspondence with him as far as i can remember [ Please Correct Me Nizar If You Have Any Clarification Here ] .Hence I Would Not like to take up this issue on Techenclave At All .I Have Made This Very Clear To Mr Saiyan Akka Divya .I Am Not Responding To This Thread Here As I Have Send All Proof To Saiyan Regarding The issue Already .If Saiyan Wants Any clarification Regarding This Issue He Can Contact Me On PM .As I Have Been Away From Chandigarh For Good 45 Days Its Going To Take Atleast 1 Week Once i Am Back to Chandigargh To cordinate backlog and solving of any issues .

Is your shop closed at the moment ? I though so since you are in village and cannot entertain OPs request. In that case why are you still posting in your amazon thread ?? There may also be people in your shop who are handling online and offline sales. Right ?

Then if everything is working even you being in 'village' then i guess replacement is also possible. You have already had a look at the product and found that the million repair stuff you have are no expert to repair that then please replace the product now. Just tell your office guys to send OP a replacement and he will ship you the defective T51 after 5-6 months (as you too made him wait that much)

Its true that on our last conversation you have told me that you can get me something from your store and I asked you for Cowon iAudio 9 which is much cheaper compared to what I have paid for the SFlo2. For that you told you can not get me that because you have to pay for that in advance, and you told me to send an email to you with what I want. As per that, I have sent you my preferences in an email and SMS to you on the same day which is 17th Jun.

After that I didn't receive any response from you and I have tried calling you exactly 10 times (I just counted this from my mobile log) and you didn't attend the call. So I was forced to take this matter to the feedback section.

Well if your so called policy says that only deals done on TE will be entertained then technically there is no deal which is done on TE because in all your FS threads you point to your website to buy.

Now on your website there is a part which mentions "How to buy" which asks us to register first...why ?? Whatever be the reason if i dont wish to register then why force.

There are other TE dealers like pristinenote which have a website but never insist on buying from there. Those deals are true TE deals because everything happens on TE itself, right from asking price, getting bank account details, paying money and getting the product.

Then you could have attended my calls and told me that. But you didn't even attend my calls or respond to my email or SMS. So obviously I thought you are avoiding me. Now what I want is a full refund, nothing else. I don't want any replacement or any new player from you.

Sad you had to go through such a deal and dealer. This particular dealer is like that even before 6 months. You should have been cautious. especially when its a hard to get item. I know thats also the reason u went with this guy.

Hope u get something in return for original price or money. Although the ordeal will remain priceless as usual.

Its ok that few deals of a seller goes awry, you cant win em all. But this guys case is VERY different. This guy makes YOU feel bad for buying/inquiring from him.

Can everyone assume this will be kind of after sales 'support' they will be getting if from you if he dint post it in one of your deal threads before purchase?? So if someone is dealing directly with Lynx India and not through TE can he consider himself doomed??...Also you could be busy with a lot of things for a short time period but you cant be busy for 6 long months and in the end do nothing about a product you supplied with warranty and keep saying I am still busy...It is true you that you have provided the members with lot of wonderful deals and we do respect you for it, but it doesnt give you the licence to keep mum when something goes wrong...if you were a responsible person and it was a reason you continue to be in this forum other than your sales prospects you should've atleast promptly replied to OPs queries...

^^And on top of that a wrong branded product shipped after keeping OP to wait for 2 months. Teclast T51 does not have any warranty from MP4nation unless it was a rebranded Nationite player and yes i know somewhere that OP had mentioned that you paid more than what it cost OP to get the player. This statement i refuse to buy since teclast T51 would comes approximately 30-40% cheaper than nationite one inspite of both being same products.

When a Dealer Is On Leave He Cannot Post .Secondly Just 3 to 4 days back when i was online from bathinda some cybercafe i started to communicate with saiyan regarding this issue And Choose Not The Post Anything Here .Regarding Nizar i Had Told Him He Can choose Whatever he likes and make a new order and once i come back to chandigarh i will Handle The Same .

This is where you surprised all of us Amarbir,,You were reportedly creating new threads and was online in the forums, but you dint feel important that you did something when your reputation was getting trashed in these threads..We all keep reading posts n when someone has nothing to say about allegations about himself we tend to believe the allegations are correct.. yeah you are on leave and all you have in your village is a cybercafe with a stupid internet connection, but u know these excuses are just so hard to buy..... for the sake of getting out of this as fast as you can would you offer OP a full refund from your cyber cafe today itself as it seems to be what he wants??...nyway you ideally dont want your customers to feel so much ***** up if you are to continue being a good seller, hope you agree...
