Will a old graphics card like a Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 5450 work with a AMD B450/B500 motherboard ? Just want to know if it will work. I know it's not really recommneded. Suppose I get a AMD processor without graphics really cheap - for a second/test type system.

Does the system boot from a USB flash drive ? Maybe disconnect all HDDs/SSDs first. That should tell you if it's a hardware prob or a Windows prob. Why don't you use something like this (pic) ? That's from a old cabinet.
