My 2Mbps (Delhi) is working fine. Getting 230+ KBps speed. The connection sometimes slowly climb to good speed & gets reset for a few secs outage, rest all is fine and no serious problem.

I managed to talk to 3-4 guys who bounced me to each other and then the lady at CC finally told me to wait till eve. What would I need to check from my end? The speed will bump up by itself or will the router be needed to restart?

Can't call 1500 or 1504. Either the call with drop or won't connect at all. Did a complain on 198 in others section but god knows if that would help me in any case.

Its not available in Nehru Place easily. One quoted be 12.4k, one 14.7k and all other denied its availability. Then I got this person who quoted me 11.7k and he himself sold it @ 11.6k Thats pretty near to what was expected in this condition. So I just bought it.
