The rubber has deteriorated, but audio works well. There is some leak, I don't want to repair them coz I am leaving India. Woofer is intact. @Mad_Dominus did test the audio. Plus I am mostly using the TV speakers for audio. I was able to find to someone in HSR from reddit, to get them repaired...
