CNET says zonealarm is the best.Pitty,The Sify bb dialer won`t let me use it.Personally i found it very efficient and less on system resources.Right now i`m on trend micro pc cilin which was the best last year.Its good but not as good as zonealarm,but still way better than mcafee.

Nice.:D I had a demo of the 20,000 one and its performance was above mediocre(200 watt rms) I ordered mine today,supposed to get it by day after tomorrow. (az7d) I felt sony`s mhc models to have more punch than the 20,000 model though.

Ring the philips call center ask for technicle help.Or otherwise visit a philips showroom,they can be of some help.There should be a way to deactivate the parental lock thingy without having to give the password.
