My friend got this for his mother and she didn't like it so I got it off him and have been using it for a few months There is a small dent near the power button but it doesnt affect the functionality of the device at all , Currently running a custom rom, Will be shipped with locked bootloader...

Upgrading my Realme GT Neo 3T. Currently running a custom rom on it. Will flash the phone back to stock and relock the bootloader and send it, Will need 2-3days time to ship. Always used with a case/glass on it since day 1. Comes with everything included in the box.

You're better off going to their service center I assume . Make sure you carry the invoice copy with you
