Well, after couple of weeks Intel finally managed to fix their application to provide me with a refund. Now I am confused on what to do, should i sell my motherboard and Ram and switch to AMD or get a new 14th Gen and use it with the new bios intel profile....

well, the CPU is a K meaning unlocked, and all motherboard partners were following Intel sepc to run unlimited since they told that the CPU can manage/handle it on its own... well guess it cant.
